We incorporate yoga practice into all of our athlete’s training schedules. Yoga increases flexibility, muscle strength and tone, improves respiration, energy and vitality, helps to maintain a balanced metabolism, improves athletic performance, cardio and circulatory health while also protecting from injury. We work passionately with students of all levels, bringing the goodness of yoga to all!
